We are excited to announce the OCCDA will launch Schools of Hope, a nationally recognized and very successful reading program in the January, 2012 for children in kindergarten through grade 3 in the Benton Harbor Schools.

Harbor Shine
A full-service lawn care and landscaping business and social enterprise of the OCCDA. Harbor Shine also runs Youth Shine, a 12-week employment, mentoring & coaching program for students of Benton Harbor.
